The delivery person is demanding and says it is mandatery to pay him extra for delivering the cylinder. When said it is already included in the cash bill for the cyslinder he refuses to to accept and shouting at ladies. Is it mandatery to pay such at the time of delivery. He demands from Rs.30 to 50/. Hope necessary action will be taken to avoid such extra payments....

We are customer in the above gas agency. Each time at the time of delivery the delivery person is demanding for extra money over the bill amount. ( ie the bill amount for a cylinder is Rs. 860/ + Rs. 30/ for him to as for delivering the cylinder.
We told that all ate included in the bill itself. But he demands that we have to pay him without fail. We find it very difficult handel this situation. Hope you will take necessary action...
