I ordered with them for amount of Rs.1999+Rs.50=Rs.2049, received absolutely wrong product after 15 odd days. I placed return request and was charged again for that. Now they refund in form of credit note to be used in their website ONLY. By deducting all shipping and pickup charges. Please see, the wrong product was sent by them and i was double charged for that as well. Now when I reuse my credit note with some other item, its again 15 odd days and no response fron them for dekivery as of now. Tried reaching out to them repeatedly through mail, no reply or through instagram message, all i get the reply we will get back to you shortly here.
Just not able to understand, what kind of services they provide. And how are they allowed to operate without any strict action against them. Why constantly consumer has to fave such fraud or cheat through such platform and no response is provided. Return my money or give the product Was this information helpful? |
