I had ordered a Formal Tuscany Coat in Blue from them. Loved the fit, but recd the product with stains. tried lodging complaint, talking to customer care, etc but nothing was possible. Finally ended up returning upon which I was charged some fee.
Since I was not allowed to refund, reordered the same product in black colour same size so that stains issue is resolved. Now I recd the product mentioning S but the size and fit is quite...

Products not as advertised. Colors and fitting are totally different. Cloth size is way too off. Have had such a bad experience. On top of it, they don't give a refund.

It's almost a fraud that they pick up outfits from some premium luxury brands and create a terrible replica.

This is regarding my Order #483500 placed on Oct 14 2023.
No response from your team for almost 2 weeks. Now we have received a delivery with only partial delivery.
It is heights of mediocrity of your company to dispatch half the order that too one month after the order was placed.
Enclosing the images for your reference. Leaving a negative review on other platforms to help other customers from not falling into your traps.

Kindly refund the amount for the product if you are not planning to deliver it as you have promised.

I ordered a top last June. Though it looked similar to the product pic, it was sized wrong. Wrong fittings. I wanted to return it n get my money back but I was handed over a gift card instead. Not only that. They also deducted Rs.50 from the money I paid for the top. The gift card had a validity too. I had to use it before 1st week of August. So, to redeem it, I ended up buying 2 tops, which I didn't even like that much.

In the photo on the site, it looks sleek and suave but when the actual product arrived, it looks super cheap and downmarket. The blue of the coat is different from what is shown on the site, it is absolutely frumpy and shapeless, the material looks super cheap. The sleeves are different from what is shown on the site, and the length of the coat is also much shorter than what is shown on the site. The buttons look cheap and tacky too.

It looks like something you'd buy at a roadside stall for 500 rupees. I paid almost 3000 bucks for it! It's a total rip off.

I received a torn product . On returning the same they deducted Rs 80 and if I re order I have to pay Rs 50 additional. I had to return all the products I have received as the clothes could not be worn. They have no customer support of any kind. I have lost Rs 500 already in the entire transaction and since there is no refund I loosing another Rs 3000.

yes this is a fraud company and gave a horrible quality trenchcoat like a raincoat material.They have picked back the materials and refund will be as gift wallet. The products are not worth. Even they are not refunding the COD charges. I will raise consumer complant if I do not get justice.

I have received a damaged product and still I am not getting any response from the company.

I had ordered a product on 1 may 2022, till 18th May there was no update on the order, so I emailed them to cancel the order and refund my amount back. Today as on 29 may 2022 they have dispatched the order.

Horrible customer service. No contact number to speak to anyone and no response from customer care on email.

Please look into this matter as this company is trying to cheat it's customers by providing wrong size information on their website. What you order v/s what you get are totally different products and then they don't reply.

It's a fraud company never buy from @a.la.modebyakanksha. They will take money and you will not get any product. Don't waste your time and money over here and There is no helpline number also.
I placed my order on 12May2022 and there is no response from the company. I have been writting them through mails messages on Instagram but there is no satisfactory response. My order number is 245357

I placed order for two items to them and paid Rs. 4799/- They delivered really really cheap quality products and now it's been more than 48 hours they are not responding to my email. I want to return my products and get refund. They don't accept returns.
There instagram response are very rude and no empathy. Please help me getting refund and get this behind bars they are fooling customers like us. Taking huge money and sending cheap quality product they don't have customer support number also. Fraud company. Fraud people.

So I ordered a jacket of 2500rps last month from Alamode By Akanksha and they have sent me a cheap quality trouser instead of jacket so i tried to return the item but they refused to refund my amount and asked me to wait for credit note a gift card in there language so i waited for a week and without informing me they have sent a jacket in which i tried to complaint again how they can send me anything without my consent but than i was like okay let it be and I received a parcel this morning so the jacket is too huge in size it must be xxl and i wear small or medium size so now i tried to contact them again but they are not reverting my mails nor they have any customer care number in which i can contact

I ordered 3 products from them, all of which were of low quality, bad sizing and definitely not worth the price. Over and above their refund policy states that we can only exchange the same product for another size after redeeming the 'gift voucher' they issue online. The refund is not sent to the bank account. Moreover they don't have a helpline number. You can only send them an email.

I ordered 3 products from Alamode by Akanksha. One was size L and other two were size M.

When I opened my order it was all size M. I created an exchange request and also mailed and messaged them (on Instagram) about the same. On mails also they were responding extremely late and till now my exchange product has not been received. It’s been a week. On Instagram, they have stopped replying.

This is my second experience from alamode by Akanksha and trust be the first experience was even worse but it was my fault to trust this brand once again.

They have no concept of customer care and the girl who replied me first time on Instagram was extremely ill mannered. No etiquettes at all.

I hereby request them to either return my amount or send me size L within two days.

I ordered with them for amount of Rs.1999+Rs.50=Rs.2049, received absolutely wrong product after 15 odd days. I placed return request and was charged again for that. Now they refund in form of credit note to be used in their website ONLY. By deducting all shipping and pickup charges. Please see, the wrong product was sent by them and i was double charged for that as well. Now when I reuse my credit note with some other item, its again 15 odd days and no response fron them for dekivery as of now. Tried reaching out to them repeatedly through mail, no reply or through instagram message, all i get the reply we will get back to you shortly here.

Just not able to understand, what kind of services they provide. And how are they allowed to operate without any strict action against them. Why constantly consumer has to fave such fraud or cheat through such platform and no response is provided. Return my money or give the product

I had a size issue n also product was not up to the mark...I had to send it back...so I returned the item on 26th November... N its been 12 days ...still not refund...thy are saying same thing ..."order has been picked up ...but it hasn't reached the warehouse yet..."
I have paid 1880 + 200 =2000 for that.
I want my money back......

This brands is just a hoax. I ordered a track suit in the size M. I received the product in 10 days and the quality of the product is so damn cheap that you may get locally. The product costed me 2300 bucks and you wont see any tags for the label nor u can see the sizing if the product. Also the product is torn, you will see the threads coming out. The quality is so so cheap that i cant explain. Its a mere wastage to order plz dont get cheated and looted from them. They are biggest looters

They didn't want to send a refund for the garment, so they lied about not receiving it even though I packed it PERSONALLY and handed it over to the delivery person.

DO NOT BUY anything from them. Not only will they attempt to cheat you, but their products are of terrible quality (I ordered 3 items) and their customer service 10 times worse. They are extremely rude.

I am not Satisfied with the quality of products ...It seems completely different from the product in picture. Color is so faded . I would like to return my both items.

I had ordered for 2 night dresses out of which one was of really bad quality. Hence I put in a prepaid order for another night dress and a pack of masks. While delivering, they only delivered the night dress, but the receipt said the masks were also there. I tried getting in touch with customer service but no response from them. They are tricking customers. Thank God I only ordered masks. If it was a high value purchase I would have lost more money.
Please don’t order from such wannabe, treacherous websites. They are literally duping people out of money.

Hello all, the team has extremely poor customer service . Why would you not have any contact number ; highly surprise. Although there is an email address which is non responsive. I placed an order which i wanted to cancel it further as i had changed my mind. The team has not cancelled it yet. Anybody who is making a prepaid order BEWARE as you will not be able to CANCEL it !!!

This is with reference to so many communication and follow up done on my exchange order .

I initially placed order with you on 19th July order no 119820 which i received and 22nd August and since the dress was too short and vulgar so i placed returns request and pick up request thru your delivery company - Shiprocket which was picked up on 23rd August and reached you on 30th july basis which you gave me credit note after deducting some amount.

I dint object even reduction and placed another order with aaditional payment of rs 330 and ordered another dress same day.

To my surprise you never ship that dress and without any cancellation request from myside you cancelled it and sent me credit note on 06th August .

I again kept patience and order same dress on 06th August and ordered same dress and today on 11th August you again cancelled dress and sent me credit note, ?

Very poor and bad service . First of all they dont share any contact number so that we call them and explain them ... one of the fraduest site I have ever seen ...
I have ordered one dress on 14/06/2021 which I recieved on 12/7/2021... The size of the dress was large .. so i told to exchange the dress, They have taken the dress thru the agent, and after a month they are telling we have given wrong dress to them ... They have taken the money plus dress too ... I have complained this matter in consumer forum ... I have their address details ... Horrible Experience
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. They send you wrong size and ask you to pay for return and don't even return your money. I ordered a size S and received a product with a bust size of 42inches. And the lady has no manners or ethics and the concept of customer service doesn't exist for them. All these good reviews are just from their paid influencers. Fake brand and fake products. If a company send you wrong products/size it's their responsibility to exchange it and be polite. That's the least they can do. Their prices are also high for the kind of products ans services they provide.

Hi, I have ordered clothes from Alamodelabel.in by Akanksha worth Rs. 6696.
I have received such worst and poor quality clothes that no one will use them to mop the floor. I asked them to refund my money but as they said they will not refund the money. So i asked them to atleast let me exchange my product with some other item so that i could use them. They clearly said it is not possible.
Also they have self deleted my account from their website so that I could not see any progress. They have stopped replying me over email and I cannot find them on whatsapp either. Rs. 6696 is not so small amount and it is my hard earned money. I would request you to please help me getting the refund please.
