I bought two products ( clothing ) from there website on 10/12/2020 .
Mistake was to have to have prepaid the order. I still have not recieved the product & no updates shared while I have been emailing them continuosly and try to contact through instagram . This site is a big fraud and they do not respond to any mails & no customer support . I want my money refunded or product delivered immediately .

HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY! There has been no response about my order worth Rs.7, 000 for the past 60 days now. After gettIng no response for weeks, I tried to cancel my order and get a refund... instead they cheated me by giving me a 'Gift Card' - which i have just found out is not even valid.
DO NOT BUY FROM ALAMODEL LABEL BY AKANKSHA, AND ALSO Take Legal Action against this FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
