I had ordered a Formal Tuscany Coat in Blue from them. Loved the fit, but recd the product with stains. tried lodging complaint, talking to customer care, etc but nothing was possible. Finally ended up returning upon which I was charged some fee.
Since I was not allowed to refund, reordered the same product in black colour same size so that stains issue is resolved. Now I recd the product mentioning S but the size and fit is quite loose.
Not sure if the product brand can be built with poor quality of product, poor services and building distrust in the first experience. Was this information helpful? |
