I have purchased articles from this website for a value of Rs. 15, 000/- order Id 194491 & 193746 However, the articles delivered were fake, cheap and looked like roadside stuff not costing more than 250 bucks. I mailed them asking for a refund but haven't heard from them. They don't have a customer care number too and they do not entertain any returns. Despite selling cheap products and even after cancelling orders in transit which are still undelivered, the company is not issuing refunds. What is the point in taking Gift cards of fake products! Request you to please blacklist the owner Miss Akansha for doing these malpractices in times when people are forced to shop online. This is pure extortion of money from innocent customers like me.
