They are misleading users by providing incorrect size charts for dresses on their website.

I exchanged a dress 4 times only because I was abiding by their company policies. But it seems like they have absolutely no concern, value or respect for their customers.

I ordered all the dresses from the website only after looking at the given size chart, which was never true. If they are misleading users by showing them an incorrect size chart, they have absolutely no right to keep their money, it's completely unethical.

Plus, they never return the whole amount, each time they deduct a certain amount, mounting to just more customer dissatisfaction.

More to that, the website is just pathetic with no option to cancel the order. They are just looting the customers with absolutely no way to escape.

I no more need credits, I am so done with them. I just need my money to be refunded.

I placed my first order and it was skirt of Size L and the waist size sent was 24k .. Next i had to return it and ask for another product as they dont do refunds . I ordered for a dress in L and the waist size was 24 .. looked like a dress from kids section. I returned and ordered a cord set . this time XL size and the wist is 26 . i dont know why is the website updated with wrong product sizes and every time u receive a product the sizes are incorrect . Everytime you return you have to bear the charges and the worst is what Do we order if everything on the webiste is going to be from kids section sizes. The customercare does not even reply to concerns raised .

I have purchased articles from this website for a value of Rs. 15, 000/- order Id 194491 & 193746 However, the articles delivered were fake, cheap and looked like roadside stuff not costing more than 250 bucks. I mailed them asking for a refund but haven't heard from them. They don't have a customer care number too and they do not entertain any returns. Despite selling cheap products and even after cancelling orders in transit which are still undelivered, the company is not issuing refunds. What is the point in taking Gift cards of fake products! Request you to please blacklist the owner Miss Akansha for doing these malpractices in times when people are forced to shop online. This is pure extortion of money from innocent customers like me. Also strict action should be taken against her & her entire fraud team. Request you to help me get my refund asap!

This fraud company alamode by akansha is doing fraud with their customers by providing them fake or wrong products with no refund policy and charges extra money for each delivery. They provide you with gift cards when you ask for refunds that too of not the whole amount. They cut some amount of money and provide fake gift cards.
Customer care is horrible. They don't even address your issue. It's been 8 months they do not even respond quickly. Fraud Akansha, you'll be taken to court. I want to sue this company for taking all my money.

Company is completely waste of money.I order a coord set for my friend.They gave me one size smaller.Once again ordered the coord set for myself from the refund coupon they gave.Again I had same iissue.I ordered XS size with 26 waist.They sent me pants with 30 waist.Now they expect that I pay third time for the delivery and the return charges.Pathetic and unethical

I placed an order from https://www.alamodelabel.in/ on September 12, 2021. Till date, my order has not reached and there is no updates from them. Every time on mail they ask me to wait that order is under processing. I am also in clothing business and I completely understand making of a dress cannot take more than 15 days.

I demanded refund from them considering the delays but no revert received. There tracking is also not working. It feels like I have been cheated

I haven't received my order yet, it has been more than a month now and no one updated me about the status. Customer care is not responding to mails. I need a refund asap. My order id is 129271.

I placed an order and haven't received it even after a month, no one called or updated the status of the order. They have the worst customer service. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUD SITE. I need a refund asap.

i have ordered a dress from alamode on 5th march order no #75399 and i have received the dress on 9th march product quality is too bad, its loose and such a poor quality products threads are all over in dress stiching is also bad i have raised return or exchange query on same day but they rejected unable to contact them they are not responding, my money is totally wasted i want refund as money or as a gift card, worst site ever

They are worst in responding. They don’t have a customer care number where you can call and register a Complaint. They only have customer care email on which they hardly respond . I ordered a dress which was M size ( and smaller for me in size, infact there was no label on the dress and I am sure it was S size which they delivered saying M ). Since it wasn’t fitting me well I asked for a refund ( credit ) or an exchange. It’s been almost a month, they are neither responding to my mails nor sending my dress or doing credit of my dress which was worth 2k) . Will never recommend them . Beware of such sites which don’t have a customer care number and are such careless about customers ! I have attached pics of the return pickup mail and the dress.

I ordered 5 products from this website on the 20th of December 2020
They told they will deliver the products in 15-20 days.
They didnot Reply to any of my mails. On texting them on Instagram they told that the mails are being replied and every 24 hours. But I sent them 5 to 6 mails which received no response . Today that is on 3 February 2021 I received a message stating that my order is out for delivery but the courier person he gave me one packet that consisted of only two products. Also, one of the product among the two products is different from what I ordered and in there and I also received an email which states that I have received all the five products and that all the five products have been delivered . Now these people they are not replying to any of my emails. also they are not replying me on Instagram. this is total fraud.The total value of my order was Rs.8200

I had ordered a sweater from alamode by akansha. It was a preorder and I paid through my brother's paytm. The shipping time was 15-25 working days for preorder garments. I was continuously asking when will it get shipped but they always said that it will take 15-25 days from the date of order. They were unable to do shipping in the given time and I got a mail saying that my order has been cancelled and the money has been refunded and it will take 7-10 working days to get my refund.

Now it's been 10 working days and I have not got any refund from them neither in paytm nor in my bank account associated with paytm. I messaged them on instagram so they said to contact customer service. I tried contacting customer service through multiple mails but there is no response from their side.

Please help me get my refund back... I am really worried. Please help. Please.

I had Ordered a dress from alamode by Akansha on 29th November 2020 for Rs 2349.
It say in the website the item will be delivered in 15-20 working days.

The order number is 46371.

It's been more than a month & there is no revert from the team.

If they don't have the stock.. they are neither refunding the order
