I am sharing my personal experience with @alankrithaboutique_ / Alankritha by Reshma Deepak so that other customers can make informed decisions.

• On 18 June 2025, I paid ₹5, 204 (₹4, 200 + GST + shipping) for a Buy 2 Get 1 Free – 3 dresses offer. Order Number :
• Delivery was promised within 45 days (by 30 July 2025).
• The order was not delivered on time despite repeated follow-ups. I almost called them 100 times.
• In September, I was informed that the originally selected dresses were no longer in production, and a refund was refused.
• I was repeatedly asked to select alternative products instead of being refunded.
• To resolve the issue peacefully, I agreed to alternative selections.
• Only one dress was delivered. The remaining 4 dresses were never delivered.
• As of December 2025 (nearly 6 months later), the order is still incomplete and no refund has been issued.
Due to repeated non-delivery and refusal to refund, I have to escalated this through official channels:
Cyber Crime complaint,
GST grievance (Kerala GST),
National Consumer Helpline,
and I am prepared to proceed with Consumer Court if required.
This post is not to defame, but to share my genuine experience and seek accountability.
I am still requesting a full refund of ₹5, 204 or my dresses, which is legally due when goods are not delivered in full.
