I have orderd one product through website and one for customization attaching the details.
Cheating me for long period of time.
Website product has to be delivered on June 3 still no updates. Customisation they says we have initiated refund will be credited with in 10 days that also no updates. No reply for WhatsApp only automated messages . No calling customer care because i[censored] do that customers will Call and shout at u for sure. Hiding all the comments so that your spamming will not come out.
Always having problems with your service before payment u don’t have any problems in reply but after payment new stories will come up like new staff we have 1000 msg bla bla bla

I have ordered a product on aug 17 and its been one month there is no information about the product and there is no reply for whatsapp calls and messages. I have already made the payment. I need my money back otherwise should give the product i have ordered When I commented on a recent post of them they threatened me. Please give my refund

I ordered a dress from a website www.alankrithaboutique.com IG ID Alankritha_by_Reshmadeepak in Sep 2022 by immediately making payment. I was promised to deliver the dress within 15-20 working days. It's Jan 25th 2023 and so far have not received it. They don't reply to messages nor phone calls or emails.

I feel it's a total scam.

When I put it on a review she immediately called me and begged to remove it.. then informed me that she will deliver within 10 days.

She is a fraud and running a scam. beware. Their website is below.

Ordered 2 products and one received . Alankritha by reshma deepak blocked my number and no response

They have not sent the dress by the so called mentioned time in website of 30 days… And they didn’t bother to reach back in spite of repeated msgs, phone calls, mails… And finally when they sent it after 6 months they have sent a scrap like it has no resemblance to the product I ordered…. This is cheating

I was buy aline kurti (Rs.1100) from alankritha_by_reshmadeepak (Instagram page) i was paid in online (Gpay) on sep 1st and i was cancelled the same day (Sep 1st) due to wrong address, the same day i called them and explain everything even i mailed to them. They told me it’s will take 4to7 days automatically amount will be credited your account. But after few days i just confirmed them to refund status. They never asking about order details told me that check your bank side. I thought they maybe refund my money. I was check my bank statement even i i’ll confirm my bank also. Refund never initiate from them but they told me without my details. Again i send mail with my bank statement proof and ask my refund initiate req num or confirmation msg. They told me send you soon. And couple of days i called them someone pick the call told me that i i’ll inform owner. They send you soon and suddenly disconnected the call while speaking. I called again the new person attend the call again i’ll tell my whole story. She told me wait 2days and disconnected the call. Again i called them again the new person attend my call i tell from beginning. They used to say the template word “send you soon” they never ask me my order details without any details attend and tell we send you soon. They never listen to customer issue. And they don’t proper response i’m really tired to contact them. They never care about customer money please don’t buy from them.

Worst experience ever.she cheated 3500k+.i have all proof. Me and my sister followed her in watsapp and instagram .i received a respond that i will get my order. after that 2-3 weeks i will not have response. Every month same pattern followed if I call the landline number no one picks up or they will get all the information there will not call me back..it is almost 5 months now i am completely fed up.i need my money back
