Worst experience ever..Ordered 2 kurtas on july 22 hoping to wear it for Onam.Thier expected date of delivery was on Aug 21. It's not just that i didn't receive the product on date, their costumer support is also worst..most of the time they don't pick the call or else it would be switched off.After 3 months, i received one kurta..Don't know what's going to happen with the second one..Again I tried calling them, but no response..What can I understand from this irresponsible behaviour..Came to know that many of their costumers face the same issue..I would like to a file a complaint against this boutique Was this information helpful? |
