Please nobody buy in this website. Completely cheat and lier Reshma . Will never deliver the order simply trap our money and give proper replies . Kindly atleast look this concern and deliver my product

I ordered a dress from a website www.alankrithaboutique.com IG ID Alankritha_by_Reshmadeepak in Jan 2023 by immediately making payment. I was promised to deliver the dress within 1 month. It's Feb 10 th 2023 and not received it. They don't reply to messages nor phone calls or emails.

I feel it's a total scam.

I have ordered one product on 6th july for Rs1199/- and now its Jan 17 and till now i didnt get my order . also i didnt get any updates. I messaged them on instagram, called them so many times, emailed them mentioned in their live videos and commented on their instagram post. Even after these follow ups they didnt give any response or any updates . Its been 6 months i am waiting for my product after prepaying the money. I think they are totally scam collecting money from so many people and sending products for only few. When i commented the issue in their post they immediately deleted my comment

I did not receive the pre paid product for more than 2 months. They are not responding to emails or phone calls.

I placed order on 27th September, their website shows the expected date of delivery on 27ty October...but til date the product is not delivered..they don't respond to phone calls. I wrote e-mails twice and they responded as product is not ready yet. I need justice..they are totally frauds..

Worst experience ever..Ordered 2 kurtas on july 22 hoping to wear it for Onam.Thier expected date of delivery was on Aug 21. It's not just that i didn't receive the product on date, their costumer support is also worst..most of the time they don't pick the call or else it would be switched off.After 3 months, i received one kurta..Don't know what's going to happen with the second one..Again I tried calling them, but no response..What can I understand from this irresponsible behaviour..Came to know that many of their costumers face the same issue..I would like to a file a complaint against this boutique

I ordered dress on 30th May 2022 on website alankritha by Reshma deepak.they told order will be delivered with in a month, but till now I didn't receive my order.it is almost 5months completed.when iam calling there is no response from them.please take action on her immediately.thankyou
