I have ordered a kurta set worth Rs. 1, 575 from the Instagram brand Alankritha Boutique (operated by Reshma Deepak from Ernakulam, Kerala) and I am facing issues regarding delivery and lack of response regarding the product and expected delivery. I tried to contact them via calls, instagram direct message and tried on watsapp as well. They have responded only while placing order. Once I have placed an order and the payment is done, no reply to my messages or calls just an automated emails that order is getting ready. Was this information helpful? |
