I ordered a dress worth Rs 2500 on 11th November but my dress didn't get delivered yet. They aren't responding to any texts or mails.

We have made an order for 2 kurtas in Oct 2023, but not received the items ordered even after 3 months,

I paid 12699 rupees 6 month back. She not sending the product. I asked several time and initiated Complaint. She aske sorry and asked me to revert the complaint and told she will send my dress. But till now she didn't sent. She concentrate oly on revert the complaint but not ready to send the dress. She keep on giving me so much stress. Daily am calling and msgin more than 100 times but no response. She thinking customers are beggers. And fool... severe action should be taken on her...

I ordered drape gown on may 8-2023 and paid immediately. I just got only one mail about the successfully completed the order and mentioned it will dispatch on July 13 2023, but still didn't dispatch (today :7-aug- 2023 1:56PM) and dint giving any replies to oru messages but she see all the messages I send but didn't give any single reply dont attending any calls, no reply In Instagram msgs. I paid 1900rs include shipping charge .my order ID #2959

I ordered for mom and daughter combo. They didn't sent my product. Not attending call. Not responding to msgs even.

I've ordered a dress from the Alankritha by Reshma Deepak boutique on Dec 10th 2022. Expected delivery was on Jan 16th.
Its been more than four months and no response happened.
For 10 mails or messages, one reply will come like we will update but its such a fraud and no response has come.

I contacted them many times, when I sent message in Instagram they are telling to sent message in WhatsApp...then I sent message in WhatsApp and they are telling to sent message through mail.They are cheating.I asked for refund of my money.They are not responding to messages also.I need my money back.

I placed an order on july 4 and the estimated delivery date was aug 6. Its january now and still I haven't received any product. They are not picking up the calls amd purposefully ignoring messages even they have seen . I don't know what to do. Within 6months, my body measurements changed. So I will br not able to use that dress. So I want refund

I ordered 2 dressein alankrita by reshma deepakon june 22 and assured delivery date July 22nd.Afyer continuous call onedress received and after that they blocked my number. When I called from another number, the owner lady insulted me. After that no raponse

I placed an order on 7th July 2022 and till date I have not recieved my order. I have started doing a follow up on this order effective from august but now it’s almost a year end and till day there is no sign of my dress. they did not bother to inform us about the material not available and have started fooling us on order to be dispatched and delivered shortly. After constant followups, I get to know that there was no material itself. I still said okay and to proceed with White colour dress and it’s almost a while and still no update on my dress. I asked them to deliver the dress before Onam. Forget about Onam and now I’m sure that even for Christmas I’ll never get my dress… GUYS, PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM ALANKRITHA as these people are FRAUD!!! THEY never ever respond to calls. Even if call rings, no response at all… NEED MY REFUND AT ANY COST!!!

Haven't received my order for past 5 mnths nd I have been calling them for more than 50 times.. each time they will say will deliver within a week... and when I ask for refund she said I'm threatening her . How come asking for my money becomes threatening

I have placed an order from them on March 2nd, been following up with them since then. In June they said the product that I ordered is out of stock and asked me to choose other products instead and would be sending it within next 15 days, yet they haven't sent anything and they hardly respond to your call or message. When you drop a comment on their insta page they delete your comment.
They do not value their customer neither do they knon how to respond to them
. Everytime you call them they say they will send next week that's the only reason they give you .
These people are SCAM . Do not order from them

I was buy aline kurti (Rs.1100) from alankritha_by_reshmadeepak (Instagram page) i was paid in online (Gpay) on sep 1st and i was cancelled the same day (Sep 1st) due to wrong address, the same day i called them and explain everything even i mailed to them. They told me it’s will take 4to7 days automatically amount will be credited your account. But after few days i just confirmed them to refund status. They never asking about order...

The order was placed on 2nd January 2022, and its august 26th now. I received two out of three, both of which are not my orders or the measurements i gave. From the reviews, i understand that shes been scamming alot of people like this.
