This lock is 3 months old only n gets stiff repeatedly. Greasing helps for few days but again same issue

We had lodged a complaint with Alba Urmet on 17.12.2021 about door phones not working in our residential building and the complaint was forwarded to their Engineer, Shri Dheeraj Sharma. We are informed by the Engineer that the Switching Power Supply Unit is not available with the company and therefore we have to wait till it’s arrival. This is causing us lot of inconvenience. May we request you to please rectify our system immediately and without any delay.

The door of the security system is not working .I had lodged a complaint on 30th July, but no one has either contacted or has come .Service request number [protected].Product is only 3 months old

I have made a complaint of my video camera for last one month.there engineer has taken camera for repair about 15 days back no response.I am not getting any response from customer care.I am very dissatisfied with their services.Iwill not purchase any Alba product in future.

I am having issue with the video door phone past two weeks. whenever someone rings the bell from outside the sound of the bell is heard from outside only, the bell sound does not come from the instrument place inside house. I have done a basic R & D of removing of power cable but that didn't resolve the problem.
The engineer which was assigned by the builder visited and checked all the wires and said he will try to change the cable / Plug and then check again, however he has not come back till date 16th Mar'19

could you please let me know how can this be resolved

Yesterday your company representative visited our facility and installed the new headset whih had been due for the past 2 months. Even after installing the new headset there is no voice crossover i. E we are not able to hear anyone who rings the doorbell neither can the person standing outside can hear us which kills all the point of installing a headset. We had been told by ur representative that it is our wiring problem but i want to mention before you installed the new headset yesterday our stand in headset was working fine i. E. We could hear audio back and forth. Thus after paying 1150 rs for a new headset we expect we get a working model.
So i request you to send someone urgently to solve the problem or change the headset if that is what needed.
Either way we should be able to have the services that your security system company promises to deliver.

Today again I cakled up service centre wrt complaint no 36312 the executive told me that spare part is not avlbl but yestetday I was told that spare part has arr and my complaint will be addressed today ie 12Jul2017however when I confronted the executive and told her that spare part has already arr then she told me that my problem will be taken carevby superiors and hung up the phone I need resressal on priority and want my complaint to be attended

This is the second when unnecessary delay due ti non availability of faulty parts is given an excuse for the delay my cimplaint regd no is 36312 lodged two weeks back and the similar delay was caused in jan also
Company needs to take care of the customers if the product has been upgraded due to techonology advancement then the older models shud be provided with service sp i m a serving army offr and whenever on lve my max lve is dedicated to get the call bell to a functional state
Poor customer care and poir business ethics call centre employees are rude and do not have convi ncing power and no sympathy ti custimer problem you need to look intothis grave problem

They took 15 days to respond to my Complaint number and now after they promise to restore within week its more than 2 weeks now and they have not installed my camera back.The ticket number raised for this incidence is [protected].I tried calling many times to their helpline number but unable to get any response for my issue.

Seeking your help in order to get the same fixed.

A new audio-automatic door locking system was installed at our above address last year in Aug-Sept. It had some problems during the installation and became functional later.

It malfunctioned from the very first day. Even after it first became functional, it has not functioned properly continuously for more than a week or so at a stretch, at best. We have had to make innumerable calls to the Co's Shri Thakur ([protected]) and he has had to send somebody or other to repair the system or to make some adjustment to it over about 15 times or more since then.

Mr. Thakur has finally told us over telephone a few days back, and we quote:

“this system and its working are not secure, so it would be advisable
for you to install a tower bolt/latch other security devices on your door.”

Obviously, we no longer have any faith or confidence in the system as their own employee / representative has warned us to not depend on it.

In view of the above facts, you are now requesting the co:
a) to advise us as to whether their systems are secure and functionally dependable;
b) if so, then they must replace the system installed here with a functional system and extend the guarantee by at least 10 months from the date it functions;
c) if not, then they must refund the full amount paid for the system with interest, so that we can look for other alternate means of security for our access.

We are awaiting the Co's response
