मैं दीपेश कुमार एस आई एस में 6 साल से काम कर रहा हूं। हमारे फील्ड ऑफिसर मिस्टर भवानी जी ने हमसे अप्रैल 2021 में ACDO की पोस्ट पर ड्यूटी करवाई और कहां कि आपकी सैलरी कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर की आएगी। जबकि हमारी रैंक सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की थी।
जब अप्रैल माह की हमारी सैलरी सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की आई। मैंने ब्रांच में संपर्क किया तो कहा गया की अगले महीने की सैलरी में जुड़कर आ जाएगी । अभी आप अपनी रैंक परिवर्तन हेतु एक एप्लीकेशन लिख कर दे दो मैंने एक एप्लीकेशन लिख कर दी।
श्रीमान जी मई माह में हमारी फुल ड्यूटी थी ।मई माह की सैलरी हमारी सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की सैलरी से भी 4500 रुपए कम थी । मैंने ब्रांच में फिर से संपर्क किया तो फिर कहां गया अगले महीने की सैलरी में जुड़ कर आ जाएगी।
मैंने यह शिकायत अपने आर वी पी सर और आर के सिन्हा साहब से की इसका परिणाम यह निकला कि हमें 16 जून को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया और कहा गया जब तक आप की रैंक कंफर्म नहीं हो जाती तब तक आप ड्यूटी नहीं कर सकते।
जुलाई में हमारी रैंक कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के बजाय कमांडर डिप्लोमा की कंफर्म हुई मैंने ब्रांच हेड साहब से फिर बात की मैंने कहा कि हमारा कार्ड गलत बनाया गया है साहब बोले तुम्हारा कोई कार्ड नहीं बनेगा और तुम हमें बार-बार परेशान मत करो और तुम्हें हमारी ब्रांच में कोई ड्यूटी नहीं मिलेगी।
कुछ दिनों बाद हमारी कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर की रैंक कंफर्म हुई और मैंने एक बार फिर ब्रांच हेड साहब से ड्यूटी के लिए बात की उन्होंने बताया कि हमारे पास एस ई डी ओ की कोई पोस्ट खाली नहीं है तुम अपने से कहीं और ढूंढ लो और अब हमारे पास ड्यूटी के लिए बात मत करना
शिकायतें
1- श्रीमान जी एस आई एस द्वारा हमारा काटा गया 4500 रुपये वापस नहीं मिला।
2- श्रीमान जी ब्रांच से हमारा कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर का आई कार्ड नहीं बना कर दिया जा रहा है।
3- श्रीमान जी हमें ड्यूटी नहीं दी जा रही है 2 महीने से बैठा कर रखा है।
4- श्रीमान जी अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो हमारा कार्ड बंद हो जाएगा।
5- श्रीमान जी जल्द से जल्द यदि हमारी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो पाया तो रिजाइन देने के अलावा और हमारे पास कोई हल नहीं है हमें रिजाइन देने के लिए मजबूर किया गया है।
अतः श्रीमान जी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि हमें हमारा काटा गया पैसा और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर की पोस्ट पर ड्यूटी दिलवाने का कष्ट करें । आपकी महान कृपा होगी।

In epf passbook show last contribution 09/2019

When I apply online for pension withdrwal, it reject and given cause are, contribution of 09/2019 are not in count.

For change date of leave they need joint declaration form.
But my address is haldia, and your haldia office are not in hare. So how I sign joint declaration form.
