— faulty headset installed and non responsive behaviour

Yesterday your company representative visited our facility and installed the new headset whih had been due for the past 2 months. Even after installing the new headset there is no voice crossover i. E we are not able to hear anyone who rings the doorbell neither can the person standing outside can hear us which kills all the point of installing a headset. We had been told by ur representative that it is our wiring problem but i want to mention before you installed the new headset yesterday our stand in headset was working fine i. E. We could hear audio back and forth. Thus after paying 1150 rs for a new headset we expect we get a working model.
So i request you to send someone urgently to solve the problem or change the headset if that is what needed.
Either way we should be able to have the services that your security system company promises to deliver.
