Alchemist Township India Limited — non-payment of matured fixed deposit amount

Dear sir,

This is for your kind information that i, soma gongopadhyay made investment in alchemist (Customer id: tll0057172) with the details of the fixed deposit for five yrs. Six month span that matured on 30/09/2018 with matured value of rs. Forty thousand after investing of rs. Twenty thousand. But after maturity already four months had gone, but till now not getting a single intimation letter from their side.
Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.
My maturity date was 30/09/2018, but till date i have not received any payment nor any information from their office...
