Dear Sir,

I have invested Rs. 3 Lacks on 25th March'13 & maturity date was 25th-Sep'18. But so far i have not received my maturity amount after many follow-ups and my personal visits to their Agra Office, wherein I have submitted/ informed all required documents such as below

1. Original F.D// Customer I.D.no.TL00003275
2. Adhar Card
3. Banks details
4. Affidavit
5. PAN Card

Besides, I also intimated them about Hospitalization of my wife in Kailash Hospital, Greater Noida and Metro Hospital, Noida due to suffering from a very chronic disease known as Intestinal Lung Disease, documents enclosed. Treatment of it is most expensive.

I am 66 years old retired person and for treatment of my wife, I am taking personal loan. Looking after above facts, you yourself realize, urgency of money.

I painfully inform you that I have several times desired to contact them on telephone at their Delhi and Chandigarh office, but none matured, nor I received any message from them.

Now you are requested to arrange to make immediate payment, without further delay. Hoping for an early action.
