My cousin brother debabrata ghorai invested a sum of rs. 2, 00, 000/- (Two lakhs) by purchasing 10 nos. Certificates /allotment letters on 23/07/2013 @ rs. 20, 000/- each bearing customer i/d nos. Tcc0212211 to...16 & tcc0212243 to...46 (Certificate nos. Ta00631701 to..08 & ta00631761, ta[protected]. The maturity date was 11/05/2016. The certificates and other bank details were submitted duly at midnapore branch on 20/06/2016. But till now not a single re. Was refunded to a/c. The local office is closed for a couple of years. The family is almost starving. Kindly save the family by refunding the invested money.

I have invested Rs. 3 Lacks on 25th March'13 & maturity date was 25th-Sep'18. But so far i have not received my maturity amount after many follow-ups and my personal visits to their Agra Office, wherein I have submitted/ informed all required documents such as below

3. Banks details
4. Affidavit
5. PAN Cardbr...

Invested for 3 years in a/m Company, 4 seperate investments 1) 4 Lakhs matured on 15/05/2016, 2) 1.2 Lakhs matured on 28/06/2017, 3) 1.2 Lakhs matured on 14/07/2017 and 4) 2 Lakhs matured on 26/09/2017. Principal sums had not been refunded.
Photos of 4 letter documents and 2 pages of list o[censored]npaid monthly interests are enclosed. Many cheques and payment advices were issued but none could be encashed as there was insufficient funds in the company's bank a/c or in the regional offices of the company. The agents were told to inform the investors not to deposit the cheques in their banks until advised. That advice never came.

Kindly take appropriate actoin to get back my money. They did give any information nor kept any contact with me. Their office at hazaribagh,
Jharkhand is closed since log. Agent gives wrong informations.
