I am writing to bring to your attention an incorrect toll deduction from my account at the ALEP Main Plaza 290.
I own a car, and the applicable toll charges are:
- ₹120 for a single journey
- ₹180 for a return journey
However, an amount of ₹665 was deducted, which corresponds to the rate for a 3-axle vehicle. This appears to be an error, as my vehicle does not fall under that category.
