I am writing to bring to your attention an incorrect toll deduction from my account at the ALEP Main Plaza 290.
I own a car, and the applicable toll charges are:
- ₹120 for a single journey
- ₹180 for a return journey
However, an amount of ₹665 was deducted, which corresponds to the rate for a 3-axle vehicle. This appears to be an error, as my vehicle does not fall under that category.

INR 655 debit from my fast tag.

I have Car and car toll price is Rs.120 for single journey and Rs. 180 for return journey at ALEP main plaza 290 but they deducted the amount Rs. 665 for 3 upto axel vehicle.
Kindly request to you please rectified the amount as per toll charges and return the rest amount.

INR 650 toll debited from Tag 3XXXD6C0 for vehicle no. MALFD81AVNM383273 AT ALEP Main Plaza 290 on 29/10/22 20:18.

Instead 115 ₹ should have been deducted. Please refund the balance amount of 535 ₹....

650 is charged for the my car at ALEP MAIN PLAZA 290, plz forward/look into the issue. I have attached the screen shot of my phone, plz expand the photo and check the last sms

High amount of Rs.650 is deducted from my Fasttag account while crossing the toll on 17 June 2022, 01:48PM and money deducted on : 17 June 2022, 05:47PM.

Please help me in getting the refund of this unnecessary charged toll amount.
