    without solving the problem how you closed the ticket (939059) ?
    i have closed the aliceblue account (957292) and i would like to open a new account in another person's and PAN card.
    after closing the account why you are keeping my mobile number is in your records,
    please support me to open a new account with same mobile number ([protected])

      Hi this is Krishnamoorthy R, I had an account with Alice Blue in 2020 and I closed after a couple of months and I never logged in or traded using any of the Alice Blue platforms.

      I closed the account after following all the formalities using the given telephone numbers and email id ([protected](Dealing) - [protected] - [protected] [protected]@aliceblueindia.com) (these fraudsters now deactivated these numbers which is a proof that they are fraud) but later after some time in 2022 they started sending me the SMS and emails about fund balance via NSE which is shocking.

      I contacted them, I asked them to stop and they did for a while and started again. I complained to NSE again. I escalated the issue and they confirmed that my account has closed but now they are telling me my account is active and I have to pay the maintenance charge of about thousand rupees which is absolutely unacceptable!

      They are playing with me like I have sent request to Chennai team now these people are Bangalore team so they are charging me because they didn't have any info about my account closure.

      Better to do some other jobs instead of stealing money from people by fraudulent activities.

      How come anyone charges someone who is not even using the application? and closed the account.

      I know these Alice blue people selling my contact number and my KYC details to many spammers. Now they are doing fraudulent activity illegally using my details by still sending NSE that I'm trading using their account.

      How come the account is still active even after non using the applications for more than 6 months? I lastly used the application in 2020.

      I all want is to get rid of these fraud company.

      Somebody called me and told me that he'll get to me within 5-10 minutes still now no response and no action taken. Pathetic!

          Dear Sir/Madam

          I have applied credit card in HDFC BANK and bank approved my card, dispatched through BLUE DART EXPRESS, when card dispatch, i received a sms from both companies BLUE DART AND HDFC BANK .
          Shipment number [protected]

          My son track the card day by day on the website of Blue dart, when we take a sms that your currier out of delivery, we can receive today then some time we receive a call from [protected] this number and employee of blue dart company, say we can not visit your address because this is not my area and we work by pin code address and your pin code not to me allotted so you have to receive this currier at kup Kalan if you not receive at kup kalan then I return this currier . Am so occupied because nobody at home my son go to work, I did request that plz visit home address which is on currier because bank pay fees your company to given currier at home addresses .
          I have urgent need of card that’s why I applied .
          That is bullish service of company and so harass to me .
          Plz do need full so that I will receive my card as soon as possible .

            I need to close my account. Kindly do the needful.

            While opening the account your executive or member etc told me their are no fee/ charge of keeping the account. Now you are asking me to pay an amount to close the account.
            Their was no such charge or fee disclosed by the executive when I opened the account.

                      They have applied unknown brokerage plan on my account and used all 50000 fund of my account in loss so i complaint to sebi then they return only 20000 fund and told me to recover it but then they lost all 20000 in trading again.

                        Hello Sir/Madam.

                        My dad has passed away few days ago, so I am trying to close all his accounts. My dad had account with AliceBlueIndia.com, I contacted Alice Blue and have provided all the necessary documents regarding his demise. First, I called the customer service phone line that was listed in their website. They asked to send an email to customer support to [protected]@aliceblueindia.com. So I did follow their instruction. I sent my first email on Aug 6 2022, with all documents attached, No response for 3 weeks from alice blue, on Aug 24th I get an email that the ticket is closed because they cant reach me on my phone. So I replied back to that email and said, please dont close this ticket as I live in abroad(which I stated clearly on my original email) and my mobile number is aborad number and that they can easily reach me vai email or Whatsapp. Without any of these Alice blue closed my ticket on Aug 24th

                        So second time I opened the ticket, stating I am on-site in USA via outsorucing companies, so asked them to contact via Whatsapp call or give me a number of Alice representative so I can reach out to them, this time alice blue responded with contact number for Dileep Anthony. I contacted his number, he took all my details and mentioned he will get back to me next day. The next day no response from him. I called him several times, he declined my phone calls (both mobile call and whatsapp call). He then replied in Whatsapp that he is on leave and will get back to me later. Never did contact me after that.

                        In the mean time I got second email from Alice on Aug 26th stating my second email ticket is also closed. for which I responded and requested to NOT to close the ticket again again. They keep closing tickets without provide proper resoultion or answer. And the guy Dilip never answers his phone.

                        It is getting very difficult to clear funds with Alice blue that belongs to my late father. We are in deep sorrow that we lost our loving dad life, but Alice blue is taking advantage of this situation, to me, in my humble opinioin they are trying to swindle the money which is criminal fraud.

                        Please help.

                          Hi,

                          This is Raghavendra.

                          I got a call from a person Ashish, he said he is from Alice Blue and he will help me open a Demat account. I believed him (my mistake) and opened an account in Alice blue on 10, August 2022.

                          Later he said we have account handling facility and we will handle your account. Next day person called Vishal spoke to me and he will handle my account and to share login credentials. I added Rs 2 lakhs and given the login credentials.

                          Within 3 days he took GTT orders and emptied my account. Is there any action that can be taken against these people and restore my funds?

                          Please see their names and contact number. They are saying they are from Alice Blue and defame the company name.

                              Dt:30.05.2022 Sir RMS Team squered off my position wrongly instead of PE they squered off CE contract 02.06.2022 expairy. my demat account showing loss of nearly 40, 000/. because of their negligence and lock of knowledge. they did not give prior one or two day intimation. without my concern or permission they squered off my position.i want my money back. kindly take it legally.

                                      My alice blue trading account opening by Alice blue advisors they are selected my account high brokerage plan. This is your mistake. I invest my amount 8000 and profit will be 1033 rs but brokerage deducted 7040rs 😭 why I am trading this is your mistake because I have not do open my account all process for alice blue employees. Please my amount 8000 rs will be refund 😓
