Alice Blue — Unresolved Trading Account Grievance and Unsatisfactory Complaint Resolution

I am an existing client of Alice Blue and I am extremely disappointed with the way my grievance has been handled.

I raised serious concerns regarding my trading account, transactions and the circumstances surrounding the financial losses. I provided the relevant details and supporting documents and also raised the matter through the appropriate grievance channels, including SEBI SCORES.

Despite repeated follow-ups and communication with the concerned persons, my concerns have not been satisfactorily resolved. I have had to repeatedly follow up for a proper resolution, while the underlying issues remain unresolved.

I request Alice Blue to review the complete matter, examine the supporting evidence and provide a clear and proper written resolution addressing my actual concerns.
