Unable to login from my PC

After logging in to my Alice account I am u able to navigate to trading page, account is stuck showing as "LOADING" and is not proceeding.
Need immediate resolution....

Trading related problem

mcx wrong trade execution without levels

I lost money because of this. The app executed wrong trades. Today again i was having the issue with my balance in morming which was shiwing negative. Because of that i was unable to trade. I called and they rectified it in 1 hour and i lost my trades.
Once again today i bought bo order for silver with sl of 52312 and order sl triggered at 52301 at 5:43 pm. But that level never cane on mcx exchange at that time. Now solver is at 52755....

3times brokerages charged under different slab

Sir,
Further to my complaint of yesterday, i am submitting one more proof.

Contract note dated 30.06.2020 in which alice blue has charged me brokerage for the same transactions 3 times under 3 heads (Slabs). Scurrilous skunk. People should stay away from alice blue....

Account open problem

I am open account 1 Month ago and all require posses is complite bot I recive one massesge this show my account is rejected but my status is complite. And your pune branch executive They are calling me and asking for OTP but iam not ready to share any OTP so please refund my account opning payment....

Now a days lot of youtube channels members, for their benefit and options like refer a friend,, they offer to give us free trainings and support while trading and in return ask us to open account in aliceblue, astha, or upstox.
Very very few only recommend zerodha. This is all because of their benefits only.

Myself jayanta saha, ucc code : ab 116058. On 10/06/2020 i have purchased 80 units shares of bank of baroda, but still today (17/06/2020) my holding share status is empty. I called up two times to the branch office (Hyderabad) didn't got the satisfactory answer. Hope to hear from you soon....

Money deducted account not activated

new demat and trading account...

I had applied trading account opening at alice blue. They opened on 27.05.2020

My trading i'd. Ab 116778.

In the back office they had registered wrongly my bank account name.

Now i am not transfer my funds to the trading account.

For this i had contacted over phone
And send emails to the help desk. On 28 may 2020.

Requesting since last 2.5 months for change in bank account. Got only promises. Hardly it will take 24 hrs but here no limit.
Found terminal rates and actual rates are different, why client will bear such losses?
Worst services amount all the brokers in india.
Seen lot of complaints as sub brokers are trading without knowledge of client.
Advising new clients to stay away from such...

New account not activated since 12 days

I submitted online form for aliceblue broker on 5th may with all documents and received submission form with saying account opening is under opening process
7th may received call from alice (Kajal) and she again uploaded some documents with saying its in verify process
Following up continuously with alice team, sometime they didn't respond on email and phone whenever picked phone saying it will be open next day but again same...

wrong price update in alice blue

stay away from alice blue india

I had initiated for a demat account opening on 24 april. But so far even after providing all details, i don't see any progress is providing an activated account for me. Whereas any other broker can provide within 2-3 hrs. Also the customer care or regional contact persons are not reachable/doesn't pick their cell phone in spite of multiple attempts. Also they don't refund your account opening charges, if you are not satisfied with their performance....
