Hi I have bought gold Dec fut @ lot at 27980 and kept stop loss and target 100 each...but the price don't reach 47880 also bt ot got executed for 47849 and it's showing 7.7k loss...please help me with this

              Today i buy a trade indiabulls hsg fin ltd.120 quantity 192.79 and sell 190.35 sutosquare off. My problem is chart show one price rate and price another rate. So i book loss. How to possible. I send you some screenshots pic. This type ploblem many time.

                  I lost money because of this. The app executed wrong trades. Today again i was having the issue with my balance in morming which was shiwing negative. Because of that i was unable to trade. I called and they rectified it in 1 hour and i lost my trades.
                  Once again today i bought bo order for silver with sl of 52312 and order sl triggered at 52301 at 5:43 pm. But that level never cane on mcx exchange at that time. Now solver is at 52755. I lost money 1600 again in spite of profit of 2500..
                  What the hell is going on. Is this joke or fraud that you all are doing.
                  Please take action and refund my losses at least. Otherwise i will escalate this to sebi and mcx for fraud. I will spread on all online plateforms for fraud of alice blue.
                  Fraud company never acoount open or trade with alice blue never.. They have algo and robo trading which makes fradulent transactions.

                    Sir,
                    Further to my complaint of yesterday, i am submitting one more proof.

                    Contract note dated 30.06.2020 in which alice blue has charged me brokerage for the same transactions 3 times under 3 heads (Slabs). Scurrilous skunk. People should stay away from alice blue.

                      I am open account 1 Month ago and all require posses is complite bot I recive one massesge this show my account is rejected but my status is complite. And your pune branch executive They are calling me and asking for OTP but iam not ready to share any OTP so please refund my account opning payment.

                        Now a days lot of youtube channels members, for their benefit and options like refer a friend,, they offer to give us free trainings and support while trading and in return ask us to open account in aliceblue, astha, or upstox.
                        Very very few only recommend zerodha. This is all because of their benefits only.
                        Now the actual issue with aliceblue is, when trading is at peak, suddenly it automatically logout. And if you try to re-login, it shows, something went wrong. Time-out, error. — .., these type of stupid messages. Even though you have high speed internet connection. And this can lead to big losses. And customer numbers also useles, no proper response. They just pass the numbers, call this number, call that number, and the story goes on. But your problem will not sort out.

                        Better is switch to another broker and withdraw all the money from the existing. And then, slowly close the existing account to avoid yearly and other unnecessary charges.

                            Myself jayanta saha, ucc code : ab 116058. On 10/06/2020 i have purchased 80 units shares of bank of baroda, but still today (17/06/2020) my holding share status is empty. I called up two times to the branch office (Hyderabad) didn't got the satisfactory answer. Hope to hear from you soon.

                                It's been one month since i have been chasing your customer care team to activate my bse and nse segments but no one is giving me proper reply. All i am told is dp is blocked due to some kyc issue but nothing is pending from my end and they don't know what to do.
                                I have been given number of mumbai department person - abhijit patil [protected] but he is also helpless and told me to address this concern with customer care team. He also told me that kyc team is not giving him. Any support to address the concern.
                                Could you please expedite and address my concern immediately. What is pending from my end? I have completed the whole documentation process.
                                My account id is ab090182. My emails are also not being replied and it's really shameful for me to run after you people since one month for such a small thing.
                                I am left with no option but to go to sebi/ consumer forum and file a complaint as to how you take money from customers and not activate their account.

                                  I had applied trading account opening at alice blue. They opened on 27.05.2020

                                  My trading i'd. Ab 116778.

                                  In the back office they had registered wrongly my bank account name.

                                  Now i am not transfer my funds to the trading account.

                                  For this i had contacted over phone
                                  And send emails to the help desk. On 28 may 2020.
                                  They company not responding.

                                  Now i had request to enter correct bank account details as per details submitted
                                  By me at the time of my application

                                    Requesting since last 2.5 months for change in bank account. Got only promises. Hardly it will take 24 hrs but here no limit.
                                    Found terminal rates and actual rates are different, why client will bear such losses?
                                    Worst services amount all the brokers in india.
                                    Seen lot of complaints as sub brokers are trading without knowledge of client.
                                    Advising new clients to stay away from such brokers.
                                    This people promptly offer services on account opening only, since they are collecting rs.9999/- or rs.5555/- + gst towards "zero brokerage plan". Once the account opens, they will never entertain you about any querries.

                                      I submitted online form for aliceblue broker on 5th may with all documents and received submission form with saying account opening is under opening process
                                      7th may received call from alice (Kajal) and she again uploaded some documents with saying its in verify process
                                      Following up continuously with alice team, sometime they didn't respond on email and phone whenever picked phone saying it will be open next day but again same issue
                                      On 13th may she forwarded my application to headquarter but there is no positive reply for their end so far wherein aliceblue director is also in mail chain

                                      i have got a trading account with this company. This account was zero brokerage account and that they collected Rs.9999/- + GST from me as brokerage on account opening. My trading ID is MMY 0856. From activation of this account, i have faced various issues like trading terminal ANT which shows different rates other than actuals. (various clients lost their money because of this). While calling they will never bother to picking a call. You can find various contact numbers which are dead on this web site. We have a group of about 200 intraday traders. I have taken this matter with our group with evidence. I have requested for modification of my existing bank account. 4 times they updated but of no use as record dos't changed. I have also updated on this site 3 times but of no use. Since last 2.5 months I am facing this problem. I will advice new traders to think at least THRICE while opening the account with Alice blue. I have not found such type of "THIRD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDER" among all discounted stock brokers in India.

                                        Hi i request to you all please dont open account in alice blue. Please find the screen shorts. I like to buy banknifty 21600ce at price of 120 but while i am opening pit e is shown 89 then its change to 101 i try to buy at same price after i brought i notice my buy price is 122.5 then its immediately chage to 85 next second 136 next second 90 next second 114 next second 136 next second 99 how it's possible with in second i notice i check chart the 5 minute candle 122 to 124 only but i dint know how they are changing. Its completely fraud i find same nifty also all call and put option they are doing same. Its completely show how fraud alice blue cheating there customer i contact customer care i send email but they are avoiding my calls.
