I was introduced to capital and start working with capital aim for sometime. They have changed 3 analysts for me. Mr washim siddiquie promised me a return of rs 3 lac every month. Their analyst mr tiwary asked me to borrow some more money in order to pay them 60000 for their disgusting services and calls. I did as he said. Now, because of their calls i’ve lost 3.15 lac rupees and on top of it their fees of 50000 rupees. mr tiwary was shouting at me for maintaining a stop loss. Disgusting!! I tried to at least get my assets out but the never want to approve. After seeing Apexchargeback is provldlng solace to the user with withdrawal problem, l reach out and get m.y fun.ds out. After my Credit goes to capital aim. Mr washim siddiquie stopped taking my calls and stop replying to my emails. Lucky for the remedy

Kindly update my payment in the cibil it's been 2month but still not updated.

Alert!HDFC Bank Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to Northern Arc Capital Pvt with value Rs. 99999.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.

I have not taken any LOAN against this ### company nor using Amazon pay still I got call and message stating that i have due of 3800 which I have not taken the agent is stating that my number is used as alternate number and details have been used in the account pls do action against this ### application

The capital aim staff yogen singh ([protected]) & kapil mishra ([protected]) called themselves as a high profile adviser. At first contacted us by kapil mishra and said, sir do you want to invest money in stock market, there is on low investment we will do trade and will give you best return. After that they help us to a demat account and hard - n-fast a goodwill company staff called me and opened a new demat account.in the mean time kapil mishra said to register with the company to activate the services. After depositing rs 5000 online thru his we site yogen singh contacted us and he start to dreaming us daily profit of 5000 to 10000 and more and they send a proposal invoice of rs 175000 and deposit of 35000/- your service will activate. To activate hni profile for this service. But i don't believe on that and i ignoring it but both person start to call me speak very polite with sweet sound.in 1 weak they called me several time to convince me. They promise me a huge profit you can get thru our adviser. And lastly they had able to convince and i made them 10000 and 20000 and 5000 initial for registration. After that kapil mishra gave me a call starting 10 am monday on two trade and in this two call we got loss of 8000 rs. There after next day and continually next two day yogen singh gave me call and on his call i got a sum of profit around 4200 rs and then he started to ask more 105000 rs to give more better call for more profit in lacs per day.
Now our account is continuous with them but after reading review on goggle about this company i am not going to work further. And demand my 35000 rs back. On ignoring we will do complain on this company. My name: y k gupta: [protected]

I had taken for their basic options tips. Later upon their suggestions citing the below
1) you will get specialized calls
2) you will get software research on your profile (Separately) so you need to pay 6 months in advance for license.
3) various tactics like jobbing etc would be followed to make profit.

Based on these, i have made a payment of rs:160000.
Post payment my observations are as belows
1) the calls given were from basic premium options plan itself (Nothing specialized)
2) there is no separate research for my profile, its just that the target prices are slightly higher (As per their claim, but i see its exactly matches).
3) the tactics are not applicable as the options calls are completely on intra-day basis. (May be they will have some other excuses).

I have attached their track record as per their website itself. And the messages they sent in the name of special pack.
While their basic package costs rs 48000 for 6 months. Where in i have paid 160000 i. E. 110k extra. With no additional benefit.

Basically everybody gets same calls. And if everybody in their customer profile work on the very same stock/option/future they are going to bloat the price by themselves. Few people will make profit (Those who exit/enter wisely) others who work as risk takes will loose. I did not believe most of the mouthshut reviews on the company, but it looks like atleast half of them are real.
Good things about company.
1) company does not blackmail you
2) their trading rules / info are indeed real and everybody should follow
Bad things about the company.
1) their employees are foul mouthed, often you hear the words (Do you have sense, are you educated, blah blah with no context)
2) their communication/ level o[censored]nderstanding is extremely poor (Pretend to not understand anything other than what allows them to justify their actions)
3) they promise to change the plan once you pay the full money if you are not satisfied (But they will ask you to pay additional money).
4) they say that their special packs are to be taken minimum for 6 months, please avoid this and just buy their basic plan (Incase of options the basic plan is called premium options) which you can take for monthly/bimonthly if you want to try.

I do not have intent to reveal names of their employees (After all its their bread) but ms r*d*p and ms pr*i had made best effort to pull the money from me and succeeded. I am just writing the complaint for somebody to make their decisions based on my experience.

Sir i have been black mailing/torturing by a fraudulent /cheater group/ company (Capitalaim.com) having sebi registered ina[protected] for the last two month claiming themself as market tips provider first they lured me to pay a rupees of rs3000
Having trsaction id[protected] on 29/06/2018 by miss apurva to start stock tips services (Call services) from next day as they had assured and promised but during course of time it proved to be a fraud and cheat instead of giving services after few days they (Gaurav, shubham & ram vishu) blackmailed/tourchered me and asked to pay half services amount i. E (Rs3000+ 4750) having trasaction id[protected] dated 09/07/2018. But the drama does not stop here they once again black mail and tourchered me to pay remaining amount of rupees 4750 having trasaction id[protected] dated 10/08/2018 of total package of 12500 for equaty stock and assured and promices to start services formally ironically they undergo hybernation (Silent) when i fully paid (I. E.12500) then before 29 aug i make a call to remind them. On 29 aug 2018 i received a call from [protected] (Shubham sir) to start services he suggest me to trade in option market and asked me to buy cumminind ce aug result a loss of rupees 2600 likewise on the next day 30 aug 2018 he asked me to buy jswsteel18aug410ce unfortunate on that day i loss almost rs10000 then i call back & strongly objected on their services and credibility he justified himself at every level and disconnect the call but the very unfortunate movement was that after few minute i received another call ([protected]) from koshib, research department section of the same company i complain about the pathetic services which they provide he also justified their deads and asked me to pay more 4000 rupees as u have opted option market this way he tricked me & changed my plan own their own will now they adopted wait and watch strategy.
Its also pertinent to mention that at initial stage during the course of convetsation with ram vishu (Claiming himself a senior manager) called me a terrorist &anti national and asked me to pronounce bharat mata ki jai and so on so this way they provoked me a lot perhaps this is because of being a muslim and a citizen of j&k i had faced so this way they humiliated
So its highly requested to compensate of rupees 12500+12600 from this company and take strong action against these fraudulent/ cheatercompany and all above a racist company so that no body will face mental torture & humiliation in future by a fraud company

I lodge a complaint against mr gourav patel for giving related information in incurring a loss of nearly 1 lang rupees inspire of paying rs 1, 20, 000/- to the company. Poor instructions without any accuracy labels have besn provided to me.

I was black mailed/tortured by a fraudulent /cheater & above all a racist company called themself as capitalaim.com(claiming a market tips provider) forced me to pay a rupees of Rs3000 and 4750 on installment basis of a total package of services 12000 having trsaction ID[protected] on 29/06/2019 & trasaction ID[protected] respectively and assured for giving services after half payment.now the fraudulent group despite providing a services they still blackmailing and treating dishoneshly and also told me not to call again .the gang called them self miss Apurva, Gaurav.(Ac section) Ram Vishu(Manager)
So its requested to kindly intervene in to the matter and take strict action against the fraudulent group so that no body fall pray of this proup in future

Now, because of their calls i've lost 2.15 lac rupees and on top of it their fees of 50000 rupees. And today mr tiwary was shouting at me for maintaining a stop loss. Disgusting!! Some one pls help me to get my money back from capital aim so that i can at least pay back to my friend.

I have been working with capital aim since past 1 month. They asked me to borrow money to pay them which i did. Thry promised me a profit of rs 2 lac per month. My capital was 3 lac when i started n now its 1 lac... Credit goes to capital aim. Mr washim siddiquie has stopped taking my calls and not replying to my emails. Please help me to get my amount of rs 50000 back from capital aim.

I'm complaining about the service representative not responding to my calls...
Their names are anurag (Anurag. [protected]@capitalaim.com) who works in options market, rithesh (Ritesh. [protected]@capitalaim.com) who is a representative.

Please respond to customer calls... As we paid money for services... They are not having proper communication with me as a customer. They are not picking my phone's and i paid 7250rs for service charge. There is no service at all. What should i do???

I am a customer of capitalaim (Sudipta ghosh) and took quaterly service service since april 2018 in stock only.

My contact points are anjali chauhan and rohit.

I have taken based on the discussion happen with anjali and it was decied to pay 12500. Acordingly i made payment.
After two days, came to know that ther service which i have taken is basic service.

I was getting continious call in the name of specialed service and asked to pay 37500.
I said i have no problem to go for specialsed service but i need some time to arrange the fund, where as i was in loss of 16300 in market also.

This people are not ready to understand and i dont know what happen they stopped sending the sms which i should get as per the three months contract.

This is a strict violattion of the rules and writing to complainnce to team to llok into this.

I am not egtting any service, not even capitalaim picking up call. I would like to know 12500 is not money, only 50k is money..

Is this way to treat customer.

I think you would take this issue high priortity and respond.

Otherwise i have to think for alternative to take this mater to next level.

They provided good services but i expected more as they charged me 6000 rs for the services. Though i made profit but i expected more profits as there service is chargeable and not free. I think it can do better and provide more number of calls per day. Staff is supportive and reply on time. I think they are doing well but can do much better. Hope they will increase number of calls

Mr. Banwari, rahul, vishal and multiple people from capitalaim has cheated me and taken rs. 46000/- on the name giving good tips of intraday trading in share market..
They very smart in cheating trapping.. First they ask for rs2000 thereafter he told for this amount only basic service is possible so they again ask rs.40000.. Therafter they have given tips and when i have followed that its intrday share tips further i loose rd.86000.. Pls ignore this company call and scold to them. If they r calling..

This is a big fraud company. I joined their special pack which costed me 1, 42, 000 rs for 3 months service. I had a loss of 5, 80, 000 rs in jst a week.
This company has promised me a return of 30-50k per day through equity (Intraday trading). But after few days their manager ms. Reena and ms neelam rawat asked me to trade in futures & options on the recommendation of mohd. Taufeeque which they claim to be their senior-most research analyst.
False promises made by these ppl of the capitalaim:-

1. Company never provides an acknowledgement stating roi per day clearly, once you subscribe to their services.

2. Ms. Reena & ms. Neelam rawat always have an excuse regarding the losses made by trading to their calls, which i later realized that the losses are intentionally done in-order to make profit to their elite clients, taking leverage of your money in your demat acc.

3. Mohd. Taufeeque never picks your phone if you have any doubt regarding the trading call and pretends to be busy.

4. Company doesn’t compensate for the losses, if there are any.

5. Their track-sheet records are manipulated.

6. These ppl claim that the reviews given by their clients on internet are not real, saying that some ppl jst want to defame their company. But they are lying.

For your ref. I have attached doc. About my subscription of 1, 42, 000 rs for the services. Hence i am a registered client of this company, but want to expose it, for not fulfilling the commitments made by it.

Initially enrolled for basic service. Ganesh, my executive coaxed me to join hni service and i shelled out 1.2 lakhs. At the end of 3 months i lost 2 lakhs (Add cost of service and it becomes 3.2 lakh). I was given big hopes but it was all fake. The manager never took my call and the messages which i received during my service period were of basic service. I did not get a single hni message. I have been cheated of my hard earned money. A special mention of rajesh tarun and ganesh. All three spoke very nicely till i paid money. Now i am told all have left the company. What a way to palm off responsibility. Please say a big no no to the company. A gang of fraudsters.
