I had initiated for a demat account opening on 24 april. But so far even after providing all details, i don't see any progress is providing an activated account for me. Whereas any other broker can provide within 2-3 hrs. Also the customer care or regional contact persons are not reachable/doesn't pick their cell phone in spite of multiple attempts. Also they don't refund your account opening charges, if you are not satisfied with their performance. That shows their culture and professionalism in serving their clients.

Considering all these, i don't recommend anyone to open demat account with aliceblue india. Kindly stay away. This is my lifetime recommendation.
