Aliens Developers — Aliens Developers Refund not made yet for flat cancelled

I am G.Arunima, cancelled flat on January 2019 and despite of multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not yet refunded by Aliens Space Station group

After cancellation I followed up with the sales executives multiple times, most of the times sales executives didn't care to answer the calls and when they answer they would promise to refund the amount in 1 or 2 days but we haven't received a penny from 2019. We have paid an amount of 4.5lakhs and haven't received a penny ever since 2019.

When we booked the flat they promised to refund the amount in 10 days whenever we wish to cancel the flat but it's been more than 2 years we have not got the refund yet.

Aliens group with a good reputation in the market deceiving customers by giving false information and delaying refund is not seen as a positive step. Pl do the needful in getting my refund A

Hi Team,

Any update on refund @ Alien Developers. When customer delays the payment you will tend to cancel the booking immediately but when a customer cancels the booking you should be able to refund immediately.

Alien developers are happily encashing customers money and using them in their business without refunding to customers.

DO NOT TRUST these guys and I strongly recommend customers who wish to book their house through Alien developers to take a step back.
