Aliens Developers — Booking amount not refunded after cancellation

I have booked a property in Space station project but cancelled later. Even after 3 months still I have not received my booking amount back. I got a cancellation aggreement that The builder will pay back in two installments in November and December 2020, there is no proper response from the concerned person from cancellation department
