Aliens Developers — Not returning cancellation amount.

We cancelled a flat in Aliens space station on july 10 2020, while booking they said it will only take 30 days to refund amount if its cancelled, and its sep 02 2020, they are not picking the call, and, made false promises earlier.
whenever I call them they say cancellation team is not der in office today and blah bla reasons. Mr. Vamsi gave us false promises and Mr. Ananad from cancellation team is very rude and never pick up phone.In case he picks will only shjput on you.
