I am Vamshi Kanisetty cancelled Flat No: 32O Station - 4 on 3rd floor on May 31, 2019 and to date despite multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not refunded yet and it's been 1 and half year.
The Cancellation Department provided incorrect information while cancelling the flat on May 31, 2019 and informed refund will be processed in 1 lakh/- by August, 2019 and 1 lakh/- by September, 2019.
After the cancellation I am following up with multiple sales guy .Particularly this guy ABUSED ME after, I asked why my amount is not refunded .Not one of the conversations turned helping a customer. On top of that Anand, cancellation team head promises every time I call him but now he stopped responding to calls.
Simply Aliens group with a good reputation in the market deceiving customers by giving false information and delaying refund is not seen as a positive step. Please do the needful in getting my refund ASAP
