I ordered this suit from Alishaif. I received the product in a well condition but when I opened the packet it was a totally different suit. The brand was different as well, so my complain is about the fake brand and poor quality. When you will see the suit you will also see the difference clearly. I ordered for ‘Sanober’ (well off brand for suit) which was clearly mentioned on the website and I received ‘Epic’ (replica brand). Price of the suit is 1, 949, I paid 2, 049 because I chose cod. When I contacted Alishaif they said they won’t refund because I chose COD. After requesting they agreed to it but they said that the money will be transferred to Alishaif’s credit wallet which is of no use to me. After I agreed for refund/exchange thing, they’ve stopped responding even though I was ready to compromise on the contrary I’m the one who should be getting the compensation for receiving fake suit. They’re so rude, they did not even apologise and you can also check their Instagram page they’ve turned off the comment section so victims like us don’t comment so they can trap as many people they can with their fake suits. I have all the proofs with me, WhatsApp chats and mails. I’ll be beyond happy if you could help Sir/Ma’am my father was in CBCID, if he was alive I would’ve not come here but I believe good people do exist so please consider my request.
