I ordered one pair of Pakistani suit that is totally different from the display on the website even dupta sleeves very cheap quality and so much expensive. They don't have any return policy. Fraud apperance website my suggestion nerver order any clothes for Ali Shafi

Dress not matching with the image on the website.

Alishaif online shopping website is displaying quite different products from what they are selling. No refunds or response from seller when called or texted.

I ordered 2 suits of worth 4500. Both the suits are of low quality and one of them is defected and is of absolutely different shade. The other suit's Duppatta has low quality frills attached unlike shown in the image and the quality of work and cloth is poor. I ordered COD hence before sending a lady from Alishaif called me to confirm the order. I asked her multiple times if I dont like the product can return and refund be arranged? She agreed then. Post her reassurance only I confirmed the order. Now when I did not liked the product, they are throwing their return/exchange policy as proof. and not proceeding with refund only informing to credit in alishaif credits. Its way too much of hustle and absolutely poor experience. stilll no return/ pick up arranged. These people are doing SCAM under name of small business by giving duplicate low quality products at such high price. Please discontinue their instagram and other social media platforms.

Absolutely no control over the quality of the clothes, Dupatta is of nylon where it was clearly mentioned in their stupid website that it's of "Georgette". Complete scam and harassing the customers! Hope this stupid ALISHAIF gets shut soon.

I ordered this suit from Alishaif. I received the product in a well condition but when I opened the packet it was a totally different suit. The brand was different as well, so my complain is about the fake brand and poor quality. When you will see the suit you will also see the difference clearly. I ordered for ‘Sanober’ (well off brand for suit) which was clearly mentioned on the website and I received ‘Epic’ (replica brand). Price...

I order a gold plated name pendent from alishaif.com website. But still they didnt sent item to me.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Last week I ordered 2 dress material from only shopping site Alishaif it's totally third quality replica .

They promise its 100% original but what I received I totally different and not worth the price.

I mailed them saying I'm not happy with your product plz refund my money.

They are saying as per policy they will only issue credit note no refund .

On online came across people complaint where they are saying after returning the products no money not replace done.
Please help me out I'm helpless my money, time wasted. I'm suffering with mental hassament.

I ordered a suit which was promised to be 100% original but it was a third quality replica and was also having a defect. So i returned it and they assured to refund the amount but it's almost a month and they have not returned my amount though the order qualify for their refund policy. I have also complained through mail as they have not given any number to be contacted through call still they are not returning my amount.
