Alldigital is unprofessional cable tv service provider(a group of Local Cable operators made this service) for the Bangalore west zone. they are flouted all the rules & regulations made by the TRAI as per the Digital Cable Service Act.
here are the list
1. They don't provide channels as per the choice of the Consumer. They have made 3 group of channels. Whether a customer needs it or not, he has to choose one of them to see all unwanted channels and pay for it.
2. They take off the popular channels any time without any notice.
3. They demand monthly subscription amount(100%) even though they don't give half of the channels many times.
4. They don't have consumer redressal system. Only sake a mobile and a land line numbers given. But no one attends the calls any time (24/7).
5. They don't give any bills and the channel list subscribed by the Consumer.
6. Local Cable operator simply makes drama that their MSO All digital is not giving. Both are protecting themselves.
7. In the Month of June, they did not provide SUN Network entire channel.
8. In June, they are not giving Zee group channels, as they failed to pay up their amount to Zee. Simply they are making a false allegation on Zee network with their customers. They simply blame that Zee is demanding more money. In reality, they have not paid any amount to Zee network for their subscription. Just B'cos, they are bankrupt.
