2. Not attending phone.
3. Some paid channels like colors are not provided often.
4. Some times very poor quality of picture.

This all digital cable service channel of banglore has given discovery science and discovery turbo and even big magic channel in list. But from past 4 months there is non publish of this channels.when asked the local distributer he says he will ask main office and say.and then no reply.ifwe ask the main office they say it will come in 2 days.but still it has not come.i am too annoyed calling them after evry 2 days...
