I had ordered a dress from this company on 25/11/2018 through instagram. After receiving it i didn't find the dress satisfying because it was all different what it was shown on the website, so i decided to return it. I asked them to return but they have a policy that they don't return but exchange, so i asked them how i can exchange the product, they sended me the address and the details where i have to send it back, then i have to send them the receipt of the courier service from which i will send the parcel. I sended it back on 03/12/218 and then only i sended them the photo of the receipt (On whatsapp) of the courier service through which i sended the dress back to them. Then from 06/12/2018 till date i have texted them a several times but they didn't answered any of my messages. When in one text i asked them strictly to send me the exchange dress then they again asked me to do all the things like sending the dress back, sending the receipt, paying the delivery charges (Which are said to be free) etc. So i tell them that i already have sended it to them and that when they are sending me my dress. Now they are not replying to any of my messages even after seeing them. So, now i feel like complaining about these fraudsters who cheat on innocent customers. Was this information helpful? |
