[Resolved]  All Eyes Over Here — delivered wrong products and refusing return or refund

I had placed an order for a semi stitched lehenga with this instagram page on 20/07/2017. I got the delivery on 22/07/2017 and paid rs. 1750/- on receiving it. The product that i received looked nothing like what i had placed an order for. It was completely different and looked very cheap and not even worth 1/4th of what i paid.
I tried contacting the owner jia - [protected] who despite being online all the time and constantly posting on instagram refused to reply to my messages on whatsapp. I tried calling her but she never picked up and finally i tried from different numbers but her number is now unreachable. I want a refund of my money at any cost as this is not a small amount and i want my money's worth.
I had placed an order with her earlier and even then she had sent me cheap material of a different colour that i did not order. She ignored my concerns back then as well. This cannot go on and i hope some strict action is taken against this person. I have seen many complaints about this company in fact only complaints so i really hope some action is taken
