All Eyes Over Here — All copies, bad quality and very bad customer service

I had a terrible experience with AEOH. The products I received were nothing like what I expected—cheap copies and terrible quality. I returned the items, which cost me around £50 in delivery and taxes. I worked with their "Exchange Manager, Raksha, " to arrange replacement items since I didn’t want to lose out. However, after numerous follow-ups over two months, I never received any replacements. Two months later, I was finally told I’d have to pay for additional shipping costs if I wanted the items shipped to the UK, or provide an address in India—even though the original order was shipped to the UK. After exchanging countless messages, I was eventually told not to contact them anymore. They took my money and refused to send a replacement to the UK. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
