I have placed an order with this company and i received the wrong product from them so i have to send it back to them and incurred cost on this and they haven't send the exchange product as of now and whenever i try to message them they just tell me that i will receive by the end of thia week and its already been the second week. Please help regarding the same

Updated by anu dudeja My compaint has not been sorted but whenever I check my compaint it ahows that it's been resolved. I haven't received any information from the company about my product .
