I really had a bad experience with posaakh. I purchased an outfit in the month of october due to some damage i asked for an exchange. The exchanged product has not yet received and it had been almost one and half month already. And the concerned person is not replying to the messages and now blocked me in whatsapp. Very bad service and my money is not returned too. If not refund then deliver my exchange product soon.
