Hi, i had ordered a lehenge of rs 1800 with a customer code of 1756 however when the parcel came, the lehenga was completely different then what it was showed on their instagram page. After that i kept contacting her on all possible platforms instagram, whatsapp etc. But she refused to pick up my calls or reply back to my messages, inspite of eeading thr same. I request to please take action against them. It is clearly frustration and an utter time waste from the customer point of view. Was this information helpful? |
