All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Aiims (All India Institute Of Medical Sciences) twice payment deducted for NORCET 21 didn't got refund

Respected Sir/ Madam, I have paid the fees for the NORCET exam on Oct 2021 session twice because the server showed that payment was not processed. But the money has been deducted twice. This transaction occurred on 19/10/2021. My Transaction ID is[protected], I have tried calling customer service but no one answers. Please do the needful and refund the amount that has been deducted unnecessarily. Thanking you
