All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — AIIMS INICET MD/MS refund

I am Dr MUSLIHA K, registered for AIIMS INICET 2020 ( with Registration ID P[protected], Payment ID[protected].During registraion process i had to do payment twice due to aiims website issues.

First payment was done on 10/10/2020 via UPI-GOOGLE PAY(UPI Transaction ID[protected] and cash was debited from my account and it was not shown in the registration window even after waiting for more than 24 hours.So I was compelled to do second payment on 11/10/2020 via Net banking(Transaction ID -[protected]) and fortunately it was successful.
I have attached receipts of two payments below .
I have contacted GOOGLE PAY, SBI and email was sent to exams.[protected]@gmail.com and aiims.[protected]@gmail.com.I did'nt get any reply from AIIMS so far .SBI and GOOGLE PAY are asking to contact the merchant (AIIMS).
So be kind enough to do the refund of first of my first payment .
