All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — aiims mbbs 2019 application fee deducted twice

I have done the transaction of rs 1500 on 22 february 2019 for aiims mbbs 2019 and it has been deducted from the account of idbi bank, but the site shows error and the step was not done.

Again i was made payment and the transaction was done through sbi and the step was also successful,
But i didn't get refund of my first transaction.
