All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Amount paid is not showing in exam form portal

I have paid 2000 rs amount successfully on 9 April 2021 from my account for inicet form still the form is not reflecting that amount is paid. This is highly disappointing as I have tried to call helpline numbers so many times and no response. Kindly check upon it as soon as possible and resolve the issue as the last date is 12 April 2021 for form filling.
