I made payment to AIIMS on 7:31 pm 25 Jan 2017 one day after the opening of Registration but AIIMS website says that payment is not done.But when I go for another payment The payment gateway says 'Payment is already done with the same reference number so you cannot be processed'. As exam center city choice is done after the payment I can't select my exam center city. And all my nearby center are occupied. If the same problem exists for some more day I can't have any option for center choice. And I will be left to travel 1000 km's to give the exam. I dialed the HELPLINE NO given AIIMS ringed but no one picked. I emailed then no one replied. Updated by vivekvivekraj Payment done on 25 Jan still not recieved by AIIMS. The page says "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.". So I cannot choose my exam center. All center in Bihar is full, Have to travel to another state to give the exam. But other states are also getting filled. Please solve the problam as soon as possible. I called the Helpline no then no one picked the call. I emailed AIIMS then no one replied

Security guard submit my card.but I don't know hong I stand here.Even I don't know what I do if my card is misplaced.i request to gard and Tata executive to make is list or line as per submit card. I made the payment for 2017 entrance exam but its not being updated. The main page still shows payment incomplete and if I proceed to payment again, it says transaction already made. The amount has been deducted from my account too. All my nearby centers are full now.
I made the payment on 27-01-17. I also saw the message that the transaction is made. But after they redirected, the payment seems to be marked as incomplete!!! Please fix this issue ASAP.
I want a refund or the site should let me proceed to the next step. There is nothing I can do as of now. It will be so unfortunate if I have to travel across India to write the exam because of a glitch in the system!!!

I Completed step 1 of application2017 procedure. Fees Rs.1017 debited from my account but couldn't proceed further. Message shows incomplete transaction due to some exceptions. Last year I had similar experiences and didn't get refunded the exam fees. It's totally unfair!!.. Please update my transaction status of application 2017.
