      Respected sir,

I am a student of class 11th studying in N.K. Bagrodia Public School of Rohini sec 9 New Delhi. Our school is forcefully taking offline examination disregarding the requests from both students as well as parents.

On 15th Feb, our school held a meeting where parents and students asked for a consent form to arrive at a fair decision regarding annual examination. And on 23 Feb i.e yesterday we received the consent form and the majority was in the favor of ONLINE examination. However it just seemed like it was for show because today i.e on 24th Feb, we received a message saying “AS PER THE GUIDELINES ISSUED BY CBSE, THE FINAL ASSESSMENT FOR CLASS 11 WILL BE CONDUCTED OFFLINE.” Totally ignoring what we had said.

Moreover we are not aware of any guidelines where CBSE made offline examination compulsory. Many schools are taking online exams or providing options. The guidelines that we know about are that forcing students to come to school for offline exams in ILLEGAL.

In addition to all this we students and parents made a WhatsApp group and added our principal sir to it where we requested him to conduct online examination, we said our views, messaged that group saying we don’t have enough time left coz our exams starts from 1 march, and HE LEFT THE GROUP. It was like a slap to our faces.

Also parents have already gone to school twice and without showing any result all they did was tp stall the parents so as to pass as much time as possible.

Above all this, we even received our date sheet at the mid Feb when our tests are starting from 1st march.

Teachers are ignoring our demands, principle is not even listening to us. All hope we have left right now is you.

Please do the rightful and make the conduction of online exams possible because offline at this time is stressful for us children both mentally and physically. No additional syllabus is reduced. We even got only 1 day to prepare for bio/eco. Some parents are suffering from the problem of transportation and some really don’t want to expose their kids to the risk of getting COVID as the cases are rapidly increasing day by day.

Please make our school conduct online examination.

      We’ll be forever grateful.

      Please support us.

      Thank you.

          Respected madam,

When you had a seat in your school you have called us on 7th march and told us to visit your school on 8th march. After that we had a meeting with your principal and staff, you have checked our documents and told us that you will not take an admission of our child because his previous school is not recognized with any government body.
So, after that we have checked in rte acts that is there any such kind of rule exists, but we did not found any. After that we had approached you again and aware you that according to rte act 1973 your school can take admission of our child into your school. After that, your school associates (Mrs. Anjali, mrs. Jyoti and receptionist) ask us about the act and demanding for full copy of same rte-act and even after that your staff said that," we do not follow such kind of rule, there is no any such rule if any such rule exists please show to us only then we give an admission to your child". We had sent you that same act copy to your mail.

And now, after all this happened to us and you are saying that you don't have a seat for admission for our child? Kindly tell us the valid reason for this negligence. Then why did you move us for a week when you did not want to give admission to our child?

          Regards

          Madam

We are in receipt of your emails regarding the admission of your ward.

You have quoted the below mentioned education rule as per rte act 1973 education rule.

          141. Parent or guardian to submit an affidavit (1) where a candidate who had not previously attended any recognised school, applies for admission to class ii or to any higher class up to class viii of a recognised school, the parent or guardian of such candidate shall give full history of the previous education of such candidate and furnish an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper duly attested to the effect that such candidate for admission had not attended any recognised school till then and he shall also be required to state in affidavit the exact date of birth of such candidate.

Here, we would like to inform you that you have not quoted the entire rule.in continuation to the above, the rule states:
‘if a seat is available in the class to which an admission is sought, the head of the school, in consultation with the zonal education officer, shall arrange for a test to determine the suitability of the student for admission to that class and admission shall be granted if the student passes in this test.’

We regret to inform you that we do not have any vacant seat in the desired class.

          Regards

          Respected madam,

I sangeeta bhati and my point of view is, we have applied for my son admission in your school. We got a call from your school for same admission. After that, now we have again contacted to your school staff for same admission but your staff refused us and not giving an admission to my child for the reason that previous school from which my son has studied is not affiliated from any government body.
But as per my knowledge and also, i have asked to staff of previous school and as per ‘education department rte’ there is no such kind of requirement for an admission of a child in school below 8th standard. Kindly check the issue and give us a solution for this pathetic situation.

I am waiting for your fast reply, please do the needful.

          Thanks & regards

As we have 2 dry trees bounding on the boundary wall. They are uprooted from the base and termites have eaten the roots. We request you to cut down the trees, keeping in view the safety of the small children studying in the premises. It is further requested to do it in the priority basis. all efforts to liven up the trees have gone waste.
