All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Bsc hons nursing application unable to make payment

I have tried all measures but still unable to amke payment of registration fees. It always shows up "sorry, an error occured while processing your request" or "unprotected site" and I have not been able to make payment or complete my form. Please help. What should I do?
