All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Exam fee has deducted but my form has not submitted

On 26th oct i tried to fill my aiims pg form but at the 5th step it got stuck my payment was done but it shows error again and again that payment was not made but i have proof that my amount was paid and then the registration window was closed. How will i get my money back as my exam form was not submitted and money was deducted
