All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — Failure of completing registration process after the payment

I am Dr. Chetana A(Registration ID: P[protected])I submitted my INICET registration fees on 12th April, 2021. The last date for registration was 22nd April, 2021 by 5 pm. But I was not able to complete the procedure as I was not well . Now the payment status has been completed, but I am unable to proceed for city choice and complete my registration. Kindly either refund my money or allow to complete the registration procedure somehow. I tried contacting through email and helpline number but nothing helped. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
