Dear sir /ma'am,
According to the previous complaint i had deposited the fee amount twice, now since the payment issue is resolved..i still haven't been refunded for yhe double payment... kindly look into it .

Nope, still haven't heard from them...tired of writing them emails... haven't received a single response
